Every route uses the same Six Steps. What changes is the depth, the pace, and how much of your life you set down while you do it.

A monthly online Six Steps circle open to all — from beginners to advanced — to come together to learn, grow, support, inquire, and heal under the guidance of the founder of Choose Again.
Bring your questions and your own situation. Live Six Steps processing and Q&A are offered every time. Most people leave with a clearer understanding of themselves and a way to turn a challenge into something useful.

What happens in the circle
· Work your current challenge through the Six Steps, guided by Diederik
· Readings and study of core Choose Again teachings
· Q&A with Diederik and senior facilitators
Depending on numbers, not everyone will process personally. Witnessing the process as Diederik leads it is still powerful, and is how most people learn it.
Who this is for
Newcomers, above all. If you have never seen the Six Steps worked before, this is the circle for you — nothing is assumed and no one is put on the spot.
It is also for anyone, at any stage, who would like the chance to work directly with Diederik.

When you're ready to set everything else down
Year-round · Costa Rica
El Cielo
Seven to ten days above Lake Arenal, with no more than twelve people. Daily group work, movement, and time in the rainforest — then three months of online integration so what shifts there survives coming home.

All inclusive, payable in full at booking. Choose the rate that is comfortable for you — the three are the same retreat. A completed intake form is required before your place is confirmed.

South of France
The same work, once a year, in the south of France. A small group, a quiet setting, and the same facilitators who lead at El Cielo. Places are limited and usually fill early.

Choose Again USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Retreats are offered on a sliding scale and the Open Circle is pay-what-you-can, so cost need not decide this for you. Scholarship support is available for qualifying applicants, and nobody is turned away from a circle over the price.

Some of the most significant work happens between two people who already love each other — a couple, two siblings, a parent and a grown child. You do not both need to be equally ready.
