Welcome to the website of Choose Again USA, Inc. (“Choose Again USA,” “CAUSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and related online services. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using this website, creating an account, submitting a form or assessment, registering for a program, making a donation, or purchasing a service through this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Choose Again USA

Choose Again USA, Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit organization dedicated to education and programs supporting personal growth, emotional well-being, relationships, and transformational learning through the Choose Again approach.

Choose Again USA may also provide information about programs, retreats, facilitators, counseling, coaching, educational opportunities, and services offered by other Choose Again organizations or independent providers.

2. Educational Purpose

Information provided through this website—including articles, videos, assessments, workshops, webinars, Daily Messages, emails, exercises, downloads, and other materials—is provided primarily for educational and informational purposes.

Website information is not intended to substitute for individualized medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

3. Not Medical or Mental-Health Treatment

Unless you separately enter into an appropriate professional relationship with a properly credentialed provider, your use of this website does not establish a physician-patient, therapist-client, psychologist-patient, or other healthcare-provider relationship with Choose Again USA.

Choose Again programs may involve discussion of emotions, relationships, beliefs, grief, stress, family experiences, behavioral patterns, or other personal subjects.

Participation in an educational program should not be interpreted as diagnosis or treatment of a medical or mental-health condition.

Do not delay, disregard, or discontinue appropriate medical or mental-health care because of information obtained through this website or an educational Choose Again program.

4. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

Choose Again USA's website, email, assessments, workshops, and educational programs are not emergency or crisis services.

If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, seek appropriate emergency or qualified professional assistance immediately.

Do not rely upon website forms, email, social media, or program facilitators for emergency intervention.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Personal development and transformational work are individual.

Testimonials, participant stories, research findings, assessment results, statistics, and descriptions of previous experiences may illustrate what some participants have experienced but do not guarantee that you will experience the same results.

Results vary based upon numerous individual factors.

Choose Again USA does not guarantee any particular psychological, emotional, relational, professional, financial, medical, or other outcome.

6. Assessments and Questionnaires

Assessments and questionnaires offered through this website are intended for education, reflection, and helping users consider whether particular Choose Again resources or programs may be appropriate.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these assessments:

  • Are not psychological tests
  • Are not clinical evaluations
  • Do not provide medical or psychological diagnoses
  • Do not replace assessment by a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional

Results should be understood as educational guidance and self-reflection rather than professional diagnosis.

7. Programs, Workshops and Events

Registration for a workshop, retreat, webinar, group, educational program, counseling appointment, coaching service, or other offering may be subject to additional program-specific terms. These may address:
