Residential retreats require a completed intake form before a place is confirmed, and full payment is due at booking. The circle you can simply join.

A spa week can cost what a retreat costs, and is genuinely restorative. It does not go near what you were carrying when you booked it.

Every figure below is all-inclusive and stated in US dollars. Where there is a sliding scale, all tiers buy exactly the same thing — the same room, the same week, the same hours with Diederik — and nobody is told which tier you chose.

Ninety minutes with Diederik, on Zoom. Watch the Six Steps worked live with somebody, bring your own question, or keep your camera off and simply listen.

Seven to ten days above Lake Arenal with no more than twelve people, followed by three months of online integration so what shifts there survives coming home.
All inclusive — accommodation, every meal, every session, and the integration program. Payable in full at booking, and a completed intake form is required before your place is confirmed.

South of France · September
One cohort each year
The same Six Steps and the same facilitators, in a quieter setting and a shorter journey for anyone travelling from Europe or the eastern United States.
All inclusive, payable in full at booking. Places are limited by design and this cohort usually fills early.

One-on-one counseling
Rates are given on the first conversation
We do not publish counseling rates, because the right arrangement depends on what you need and how often. You will be told plainly, before you commit to anything, and support is available where cost is genuinely the obstacle.
How Counseling WorksThe sliding scale
No application, no means test, and nobody on staff who will treat you differently for the tier you pick. Take the rate that lets you come.
Scholarships
Support is available for qualifying applicants. If cost is genuinely the obstacle, say so — we will talk about it without embarrassment.
Paying over time
Afterpay is available at checkout for retreats, so the cost can be spread. It does not change the booking terms.
